There is often a gap between insights achieved during inquiry and our ability to maintain new practices arising from them.
Encouragement & Accountability are missing links that lead to cycles of excitement, dips, quitting, false starts & overwhelm.

3 monthly Video Calls
- Tools for Transformation Q & A with Lisa 1st Tues of the month. 7-8pm EST All calls start in May on 5/7/24.
- Haven Meditation Practice, the following week Wed. 8-9am EST (May 15th)

This private on-line forum, using Discord (similar to Slack) is is where we share support & encouragement. Find resources, tips and tools. A place to check in daily, get encouragement & accountability to create a new habit or creative practice.

Each membership starts with a free month. So, you can try it out and be sure its going to be a fit before you start being charged $15.55 monthly. If its not, all you need to do is cancel your subscription before a month is up.

- Why a writing practice, what does that have to do with me if i’m a magic maker of another sort? Its a really great way to clarify your thinking, in conjunction with having conversations with others about what you think. First though unencumbered writing straight out of your mind heart and fingers is simply a great practice to develop. Even speaking into your phone and working with that thanks to technology can be useful.

- Why do you call the writing practice session “the Smoking Pens”? The name honors a friend, Judy Wyman (lost to an aortic aneurysm in 2006) who had named an informal writing practice group i was part of in the early 1990’s. We did timed automatic writing using prompts from Natalie Goldberg’s books Wild Mind and Writing Down the Bones. “Smoking” (not cigarettes) but because we were writing fast and furiously in long hand with an actual pen or pencil rather than keyboard. We were on fire, a group of multi-generational woman, feisty and full of fun, we wrote, then read to each other, howled at the moon, laughed and cried together.

- Why Meditation practice? Ahh its the foundation, it will help every other practice and other part of life, self leadership, resilience, access to creative inner team and more… i will share my rocky road with it and what i’ve found that works as well as offer various practices over time, may bring in guests to share different approaches.

- Do i have to participate in the video conference calls? No, but i would love to have you there and hope you’ll aim to make it if you can.

- Will you be recording calls to be available if i can’t make the scheduled time? Eventually but not right at the start. i’ll post the change when it happens.
- What is a Discord Forum?
A place to meet and converse that is more organized and focused than chatting in most social media groups. Follow this Discord link to learn more about how it works & to create an account. They have a helpful beginners guide. Don’t worry if you’ve never used it, the basics and the way i’ll be using it are not difficult to grasp.

Why do i need to agree to this to connect to Discord?
In order to link the membership service tool i am using (Paid Membership Pro) & my private Discord server, Little Haven, it is a required part of the process to connect them.
Rest assured, i am only using this information to provide you access to my membership services. i have no interest or need to see what other servers you are on or to sign you up for anything other than my Little Haven Server.
if i could uncheck some of those boxes i would but they are all required in order to link to Discord directly within the paid member pro plug in (tool).
When creating and setting this service up, i was surprised by it. However the benefit of what it offers outweighed my other options.
Discord started as a computer game social network. though it has moved beyond that and many people use it who don’t play computer games. It still has many tools, settings & functions related to that use.
Again rest assured, i wont be needing to access any of this info except to link and communicate with you for membership subscription and services. i hope this clarifies any concern about privacy and my intended uses.
