The magic of forming a new habit is doing it with others and using small increments, changing one little spark at a time.

Begin & practice the new story of who you are becoming!

Imagine feeling more confident, having more energy and accomplishing more because you have developed a new groove that supports your bigger mission in life. You know that sweet spot feeling that comes from letting go of outdated negative stories, aligning your being and doing with your core values. Its a practice not a perfect! This mindset allows us to release resistance and keep in flow so we can live with integrity.

This 6 week series is for you if:

  • You are ready to begin or revive a healthy habit. (ie., exercise, meditation, healthy eating)
  • You are ready to establish a creative habit that supports your creative life, (ie., instrument playing, writing, drawing, knitting, dancing etc…)
  • You are ready to tame the octopus of chaos in your home/studio or office space by implementing some organizational habits?
  • You are ready to walk your talk, practice a new mindset in order to integrate the change you seek inside and out. 
  • Or, You are considering quitting smoking and want to build a healthy habit like meditation or exercise to support & in preparations for that next step of quitting a bad habit.

You will:

  • Choose a new groove (habit) to establish
  • Set appropriate goals 
  • Understand & learn to overcome common barriers.
  • Avoid mistakes most people make.
  • Be accountable through the support of a group.
  • Learn tools to maintain your momentum.
  • Stay on your new habit path.

We will meet weekly for 60 min via video conference and will also use, a workspace online App to share progress and support fellow participants between meetings.

1 hour a week for a total of 6 weeks (Enrollment for this workshop is currently closed. However if you would like me to offer it to your business, organization or group of friends, reach out, i’d be happy to tailor it for your specific needs.

The Fee for the workshop is $149.00 Video conference links and app information will be sent following registration.
