Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Services & Workshops

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I require 24 hour notice or or you will be charged for the session (exceptions can be made for medical emergencies and other circumstances at my discretion). Please communicate about the circumstances and i will consider them in how to proceed. 

There are no refunds for workshops paid for and not attended without communication of the circumstances that have kept you from being able to attend.

If you have purchased a workshop and life circumstances arise that make it impossible for you to attend. Contact me and I will explore applying the payment towards a future workshop or service or provide you with a refund if it is within 2 weeks of the beginning of the workshop less a deposit, if one is noted in the workshop description. 

If you have paid for a workshop and decide that it isn’t what you thought or are not satisfied with the value you are receiving, I will refund you all or a portion of the fee, prorated less the sessions completed after communication and consideration of your concerns. 

If at any point you are unsatisfied please reach out to discuss your concerns. If we can’t address them so you can continue, I will provide full or partial refund depending on the situation and amount of workshop completed…

I would rather refund you than have an unhappy customer.

Individual Sessions paid for and completed cannot be refunded.

If you have purchased a package of sessions and decide part way through that it is no longer working for you to continue with the the full package, I will refund you for the remaining sessions at a rate based on the number of sessions used.

Refund Policy for Products

Currently there are no products for sale and thus no policy. I will update when I begin that phase of Little Haven.
