A year ago i drew this. It was Day 1 of a commitment to draw something everyday and post it on the forum of The Creative’s Workshop for 100 days. The workshop actually ran for 150 days so i kept going. Then when it closed i didn’t stop. i opened this blog, Little Haven to keep going. Now it is day 366, one day past a year. i’m ready to change what i’m doing. i will continue to draw everyday but rather than post individual drawings, my plan is to work back into the drawings i’ve done over the last year. This may require more than a days drawing to complete. i may not post an image everyday, more likely, the result of a weeks drawings. Here is the first in process, incomplete version of my Day 1 drawing, playing with color and tone.
