What i do:
Provide a haven for you to listen to and/or revive your inner spark. Guide you to find your own little haven, so you can create more in alignment with your core values and purpose. Find/Create and share your Abracadabra!
Help you develop a regular practice, change an old process, engage a new process in whatever you need to in order to manifest your magic.
Teach about and guide you in dialogue with your inner creative team in order to transform polarized members into cooperative collaborators.
Help you tame your inner chaos and confusion, learn to release the chaos of the outside world to keep it from infecting your inner calm and creative flow. Develop a better relationship with uncertainty and build your resilience muscle.
Exchange the tickets you hold for a chaotic, calamitous circus for access to a sublime magic show that you get to participate in.
What i don’t do: Give you canned formulas blueprints and career assessment tests or personality tests. Tools and structure are important but i work intuitively and flexibly and invite that in you. No finger pointing or drill sergeant here. Accountability, yes but i believe there are more effective enduring forms of motivation than fear based external drivers typical of boot-camp approach.
Instead: My aim is to help you cultivate willingness, not willfulness, to honor process and build a rhythm to your day, a new groove, to develop healthy habits that support your creative flow. And, yes even though i don’t model myself after a stereotypical sports coach, you will get cheering & encouragement to get through the tough places, build perseverance, resilience and more consistent practice.

- Living with an inner rebel who resist structure, and at the same time you understands that it might be helpful to have a bit more.
- Creative with golden handcuffs doing a job you hate for the money and security. You’ve, had enough, ready to cut the cuffs.
- Board with a career that doesn’t light you up anymore. But, due to other demands on your time; (Ie., care taking of children or elder’s) you’re finding it difficult to create a new path of passion and vitality.
