& Kerfuffles
They happen…Yes, the ruffling of feathers, a kerfuffle, despite your best intentions to avoid them. Conflicting needs lead to tipped emotions, sometimes hijacking your preferred path.
Remembering to breathe deeply is usually helpful. Focusing on your sense awareness for a few minutes while taking a walk if possible.
Finding ways to release the current emotion can help clear the energy and thus your view of the situation.

On the surface, these may seem so ridiculously simple that you question if they can really help. Surprisingly, they do, even in their most basic form, a few brief questions.
& if practiced while not in duress, they become more powerful, integrated into your awareness and available for use in more serious rough patches, not just the occasional ruffle or kerfuffle.
