Key to the day… a Rose of Sharon bud i knocked off the plant while mowing yesterday, placed in a bowl of water. In the morning the bud had opened greeting me with its beauty. After drawing, it seemed nothing could measure up. i waited to post the drawing until this afternoon after i’d attempted another that didn’t satisfy me any more, with other matters to tend to, the key… to post and let it go…
