The Gap that i mentioned in the last post, i started working on another drawing with my Grandad’s cherry candle stand in it. i’m enjoying this variation’s loose and more abstract quality. i’ve also started to add more color to last weeks 365 drawing. I wonder what the next 365 will bring? Imagine if our planet Earth traveled slower or faster? Or what if it had a bigger or smaller loop around the sun? What if a year was 5555 days or 22? i’m reminded of the small planet that the Little Prince comes from & visits on his

Yet? i think so… i doubt i’d paint a wall in an eaved room, dark green, but the radiator in this drawing was asking for more contrast than the pink behind it in earlier versions. No stream this week, keeping it short, just a tiny word play for the day. Finished Elemental Beginnings Contrast Eons…
Door Another phase of this drawing, i’m enjoying its blue door. The purple road was feeling too intense and i wanted the house to stand out more. It felt lost to all the intensity in the foreground in the earlier version. So, i toned down the purple road, but now it feels overall too flat.
