Last week something got me looking up Katheryn Schulz, Author of Being Wrong and Lost & Found. A quote of hers popped out and stuck with me.

A lot of movement of my meter needle, its good to be able to release and find the calm in between.
i’ve been adding color to my meter and had another fun night of drawing at open mic at the Poultney Pub.
