Yin Yang Twirl

Week 34: Yin Yang Twirl

The tennis ball in this drawing became a little yin yang. i’ve been thinking of cycles, spirals, turning, & twirling, of letting go of old patterns and structures seeing the conditions ripe for new to emerge.

Insight is helpful and may not be enough by itself. Sometimes, we need something to incite stepping into and practicing the new it’s pointing to.

i was lifted last week by my letting go of no longer relevant work. This week i felt challenged to let go of more, to let go again & again. Everyday releasing as i move to create something new.

In greater times of uncertainty of our contexts (small and large) fear can be triggered easily and even entrain our inner state.

When this happens, what might help you check your fear and get curious instead?

What do you notice?

How could you practice a new story with uncertainty?
