Granted, sound and sunlight
bring energy spinning our own
tiny generators every cell lighting up
welcoming today, up with the rising sun
i’ve often been a night person
Wonder if that might change?
Change ever present and the same, patterns repeat
but along the edges shapes begin to shift patterns morph and coalesce
a different arrangement
arrangement of flowers
a bouquet delights a round table
brings the outdoors in
into the space inside scenting the space
Space in a room, room to move express
Express, pulse and squeeze the juice, express the fruit to capture its most delicious concentration

paying attention in a very specific focused way
all senses alive
not
a drift
